The TB-NE series plate chain hoist (hereinafter referred to as the NE series plate chain hoist) is a product developed by our company by introducing advanced technology from similar foreign products. It is currently a relatively advanced and mature vertical lifting equipment in China, widely used to lift various bulk materials such as ore, coal, cement, cement clinker, grain, fertilizers, etc. In various industrialized countries, this type of hoist is widely used. Due to its high efficiency and energy saving, it has become the preferred alternative to HL and TH type ring chain hoists.
TB-NE 系列板链提升机（以下简称NE 系列板链提升机）是我司引进国外同类产品先进技术研发而成的产品。它是目前国内技术较为先进、成熟的垂直提升设备，广泛应用于提升矿石、煤炭、水泥、水泥熟料、粮食、化肥等各类散装物料。在各工业化国家，此类提升机均得到了广泛应用。凭借高效节能的优势，它已成为替代 HL、TH 型环链提升机的优选产品。
There are 11 models of NE series plate chain hoist: NE15、NE30、NE50、NE100、NE150、NE200、NE300、NE400、NE500、NE600、NE800。

Feature/产品特点
1. Wide range of improvement: This type of hoist has fewer requirements for the type, characteristics, and block size of materials. Not only can it improve powdered, granular, and block materials, but it can also improve materials with high grindability and materials with a temperature of 250 ℃.
提升范围广：该型提升机对物料的种类、特性及块度大小要求宽松，既能提升粉状、颗粒状、块状物料，亦可输送磨琢性强、温度≤250℃的物料。
2. Large conveying capacity: This series of elevators has multiple specifications ranging from NE15 to NE800. The range of improvement is 15-800 m3/h.
输送量大：本系列提升机拥有 NE15 至 NE800 多种规格，输送量范围为 15-800 立方米 / 小时。
3. Long service life: The feeding of the elevator adopts an inflow type, and there is rarely any squeezing or collision between the moving parts and the material. The design of this machine ensures that the material will not scatter during feeding, lifting, and unloading, which prevents material wear on the body. The conveyor chain adopts a plate chain high-strength wear-resistant chain, which extends the service life of the chain and chain bucket. According to the long-term practice of producing similar products abroad, the service life of the conveyor chain exceeds 5 years.
使用寿命长：采用流入式喂料方式，运转部件与物料间几乎无挤压、碰撞现象。整机设计可确保物料在喂料、提升、卸料过程中无撒落，避免物料对机体造成磨损。输送链采用高强度耐磨板链，延长了链条与料斗的使用寿命。根据国外同类产品的长期应用实践，输送链使用寿命可达 5 年以上。
4. Low driving power: This type of hoist adopts inflow feeding, gravity induced unloading, and uses densely arranged large capacity hoppers for conveying, with low chain speed and large lifting capacity. When lifting materials, there is almost no material return or excavation phenomenon, so the ineffective power is low. The theoretical calculation of shaft power is about 45% of that of the chain hoist.
驱动功率低：采用流入式喂料、重力诱导卸料，搭配密排大容量料斗输送，链速低、提升量大。提升物料时几乎无回料、挖料现象，无效功耗低，轴功率理论计算值约为环链提升机的 45%。
5. High lifting height: This series of elevators has a low chain speed, operates smoothly, and uses a plate chain high-strength wear-resistant chain, thus achieving a high lifting height (up to 40m).
提升高度高：本系列提升机链速低、运行平稳，搭配高强度耐磨板链，可实现较高提升高度，最高可达 40 米。
