Working Principle
The RCDB series dry self cooling electromagnetic iron remover adopts a sealed structure as a whole, which has good dust and moisture resistance performance. Can work in places with harsh environmental conditions. During operation, a strong magnetic field is generated in the magnetic pole gap by passing a direct current through the excitation coil. When the material conveyed by the conveyor belt passes through the strong magnetic field of the electromagnetic iron remover, the ferromagnetic substances mixed in the scattered material are adsorbed on the iron absorbing pole of the iron remover, thereby achieving the purpose of iron removal.
工作原理
RCDB 系列干式自冷型电磁除铁器整体采用全密封结构，具备优良的防尘、防潮性能，可在环境条件恶劣的场所工作。工作时，通过向励磁线圈通入直流电，在磁极间隙处产生强磁场；当输送带输送的物料经过电磁除铁器的强磁场区域时，散状物料中混杂的铁磁性物质被吸附在除铁器的吸铁磁极上，从而达到除铁目的。
