The RCDD series dry self dumping electromagnetic iron remover is an electromagnetic equipment used to remove iron parts from scattered non-magnetic materials. It is generally installed at the head or middle of a belt conveyor. The strong magnetic force generated by electricity will suck up the iron parts mixed in the material and throw them out by the iron unloading belt, achieving the purpose of automatic removal. It can effectively prevent the longitudinal scratching of the conveyor belt and protect the normal operation of crushers, grinders, etc. Therefore, this series of iron removers is widely used in departments such as power, mining, metallurgy, building materials, coal preparation, chemical industry, etc.

1. The altitude shall not exceed 2000 meters.
2. The ambient air temperature shall not exceed+40 ℃ and shall not be lower than -20 ℃.
3. In an environment without explosion hazards and corrosive gases.
4. The relative humidity of the surrounding environment shall not exceed 90% (at a temperature of 25 ℃).
5. It can be used both indoors and outdoors.
Structural Characteristics
The RCDD series dry self dumping electromagnetic iron remover consists of two parts: the body and the iron unloading mechanism.
The magnetic circuit design of the body is reasonable, with high magnetic field strength and deep magnetic penetration, suitable for removing iron from thick material layers. The manufacturing process adopts a fully sealed structure and vacuum drying technology, which can prevent dust and harmful gases from corroding the coil. It has strong environmental and climate adaptability and a long service life.
Characteristics of iron unloading mechanism
The iron unloading mechanism includes a frame, a reduction motor (cycloidal pinwheel reducer), main and driven pulleys, rollers, sprockets, chains, and scrap iron belts with scrapers. The tension and deviation adjustment of its iron belt can be completed without stopping the machine through the bearing adjustment device.
