Main Structure
It consists of a shell, excitation coil, magnetic core, working magnetic pole, junction box, lifting ring and other parts.
主要结构
由外壳、励磁线圈、磁芯、工作磁极、接线盒、吊环等部件组成。
Working Principle
The RCBDB series explosion-proof electromagnetic iron remover adopts a sealed structure as a whole, which has good dust and moisture resistance performance. Can work in places with harsh environmental conditions. During operation, a strong magnetic field is generated in the magnetic pole gap by passing a direct current through the excitation coil. When the material conveyed by the conveyor belt passes through the strong magnetic field of the electromagnetic iron remover, the ferromagnetic substances mixed in the scattered material are adsorbed on the iron absorbing pole of the iron remover, thereby achieving the purpose of iron removal.
工作原理
RCBDB 系列防爆型电磁除铁器整体采用全密封结构，具备优良的防尘、防潮性能，可在环境条件恶劣的场所工作。工作时，通过向励磁线圈通入直流电，在磁极间隙处产生强磁场；当输送带输送的物料经过电磁除铁器的强磁场区域时，散状物料中混杂的铁磁性物质被吸附在除铁器的吸铁磁极上，从而达到除铁目的。
