The TB type vertical bucket elevator is widely used in mining, metallurgy, building materials, coal, hydropower and other departments to vertically lift block, granular, and powdery materials with no limit on bulk density and temperature not exceeding 250 ℃, such as mines, coal, coke, cement, gravel, etc. It is a new type of energy-saving and efficient lifting equipment.
The TB bucket elevator adopts a plate sleeve roller chain as the traction component, which is a transitional product of the NE plate chain bucket elevator. Using gravity based unloading method, it is suitable for medium and large block shaped abrasive materials with bulk density < 2t/m³. The temperature of the conveyed material shall not exceed 250 ℃. The lifting height of the TB bucket elevator ranges from 5m to 50m, and the conveying capacity ranges from 20 to 560m³/h.
The TB bucket elevator is a lifting equipment with plate chain transmission and gravity induced unloading. The machine adopts an inflow feeding method, where the material flows into the hopper and is lifted to the top by a plate chain, and is automatically discharged under the gravity of the material itself. The chain is a high-quality alloy steel high-strength plate chain, which is wear-resistant, durable and reliable in operation; the driving part adopts a hard tooth surface reducer.
