Working Principle / 工作原理

Spiral electronic scales are divided into spiral electronic measuring scales and spiral electronic batching scales, mainly composed of spiral scale body, speed sensor, weighing sensor, signal transmitter, frequency converter (this configuration is not available for measuring scales), control regulator, motor and other parts.
When the spiral scale transports materials, the weighing sensor converts the weight of the material on the weighing section into a voltage signal and sends it to the signal transmitter. The speed sensor converts the measured rotation speed of the spiral blade shaft into a pulse signal and sends it to the signal transmitter as well.
The signal transmitter performs preliminary calculations and processing on these two signals, which are then converted into digital signals and transmitted to the control regulator through a standard RS-485 communication interface. The control regulator further processes and calculates the signals, and finally displays the instantaneous flow rate and cumulative flow rate of the material passing through the spiral scale.
