Working Principle
工作原理

The working mode of the TDG series speed regulating quantitative feeding scale is shown in Figure 1.

The TDG series speed regulating quantitative feeding scale transports materials to the scale body through the material port regulator, and then completes the conveying measurement through the weighing section  of the scale body, with the belt speed regulation operation coordinated.

The series of feeding scales adopt a system structure where a set of measuring rollers is installed between two sets of cross spring plates, and the measuring and weighing roller is located at the center of the weighing section .

When there is no material on the belt scale body, the force applied to the weighing sensor is zero, that is, the tare weight  of the scale is zero (generally, the force applied to the weighing sensor is slightly greater than zero, that is, the starting pressure )

When materials are transported from the feed port to the discharge port, the gravity  of the materials is transmitted to the force - bearing point of the gravity sensor. The weighing sensor detects the gravity of the materials and converts it into an electrical signal  proportional to  for instrument processing.
