Working Principle/工作原理
When the weighed material passes through the effective weighing section, its weight is added to the weighing sensor through the conveyor belt and measuring roller. The sensor detects its weight (kg/m). On the other hand, the speedometer installed on the return belt detects the linear speed of the belt (m/min). The CPU of the weighing instrument multiplies the two signals (i.e. kg/m · m/min=kg/min=t/h) to obtain the instantaneous flow rate and cumulative quantity signals, which are displayed.
当被测物料通过有效称重段时,其重量会经由输送带和测量托辊传递至称重传感器。传感器检测出单位长度物料重量(千克 / 米);与此同时,安装在回程皮带上的测速装置检测出皮带线速度(米 / 分钟)。称重仪表的中央处理器(CPU)将上述两路信号相乘(即 千克 / 米 × 米 / 分钟 = 千克 / 分钟 = 吨 / 小时),计算得出瞬时流量与累计总量信号,并进行实时显示。
