Working Principle / 工作原理
The material is conveyed to the first stage belt through a uniform feeding system. As the belt rotates, the magnetic ore is adsorbed onto the surface of the belt under the action of a magnetic field, and is carried to the non-magnetic area at the lower end of the belt as the belt rotates. Due to the rotation of the belt, magnetic minerals are transported by the belt to the iron outlet for discharge, achieving the separation of magnetic minerals from impurities.
物料经均匀给料系统输送至一级输送带,随输送带运转过程中,磁性矿料在磁场作用下吸附于输送带表面,并被带至输送带下端无磁区域。借助输送带的转动,磁性矿料被运送至排铁口排出,实现磁性矿料与杂质的分离。

Working Principle
Feed 0.5-5mm of raw ore into the feeding hopper, and use a vibration motor to vibrate the fabric. The discharge amount can be precisely adjusted through a handwheel. The magnetic roller is driven by a speed regulating motor, and the speed is adjusted by a speed regulating meter to control the output and concentrate grade of the magnetic separator.
The ore particles are sent to the upper magnetic roller for sorting by the conveyor belt. Due to the magnetism of the manganese ore particles, they are immediately adsorbed on the magnetic roller by a strong magnetic field. However, the vein stone particles (impurities, sand) do not have magnetism (weak magnetism), and the strong magnetism of the magnetic roller does not produce suction on them. As the magnetic roller rotates, the ore particles are always attracted to the magnetic roller, while the vein stone particles are thrown out in front of the separation plate when the magnetic roller rotates to the front position (the grade of the concentrate can be adjusted by changing the angle of the separation plate). The ore particles continue to be brought to the demagnetization zone by the magnetic roller and automatically fall into a selection hopper to collect as finished concentrate.
