The material is conveyed to the first stage belt through a uniform feeding system. As the belt rotates, the magnetic ore is adsorbed onto the surface of the belt under the action of a magnetic field, and is carried to the non-magnetic area at the lower end of the belt as the belt rotates. Due to the rotation of the belt, magnetic minerals are transported by the belt to the iron outlet for discharge, achieving the separation of magnetic minerals from impurities.
物料通过均匀给料系统(uniform feeding system)输送至一级传送带(first stage belt),随传送带运转过程中,磁性矿料(magnetic ore)在磁场作用下被吸附于传送带表面,并随带体运转至下端无磁区域(non-magnetic area)。借助传送带的转动,磁性矿物(magnetic minerals)被带至排铁口(iron outlet)排出,实现磁性矿物与杂质(impurities)的分离。
