Technical Features
1. Filter Fan
Taking into account the shortcomings of existing filter fans and the unique characteristics of the mineral processing industry, our company has redesigned a new type of filter fan.
The surface is smooth, the distribution of dewatering holes is uniform, the porosity is reasonable, and the edges of the filter fan and ribs are rounded, which not only improves the dewatering rate but also extends the service life of the filter cloth.
The filter fan head has chamfers and high strength, and the bottom of the filter fan has reinforcing ribs, which are not easily damaged or broken during assembly and disassembly.
The angle between the direction of the ribs and the centerline of the filter fan is more reasonable, resulting in lower fluid resistance. The effective area of the filter fan is large, which improves the processing capacity of the filter machine.
The wall thickness of the filter fan has increased by 1/3 compared to ordinary ones, and the weight of the filter fan has also increased by 1/3. It is currently the most structurally reasonable and sturdy filter fan on the domestic market, with an average lifespan extended by 1.5 to 2 times.
2. Spindle and Filter Tube
The filter tube (including the shaft head) is made of high-strength wear-resistant ceramic composite steel pipe, with a thick pipe wall that is not easily worn and can increase its service life by two to three times.
The flange connection at the interface between the filtrate pipe and the filter fan has been cancelled, and direct welding with mold positioning has been adopted, eliminating the aging factor of the leak proof rubber gasket at the original flange connection and eliminating possible air leakage points.
Each filter fan has a pressure plate, and both ends of the pressure plate are tightly pressed with stainless steel bolts and nuts, which is not easy to rust and facilitates the replacement of filter cloth, greatly reducing labor intensity.
3. Mixing
In response to the special properties of iron ore powder and the current market's tendency for filter machines to leak and mixing systems to be less durable, our company has adopted the following mixing devices to achieve ideal results and have received widespread praise from users.
Adding permanent magnets - prevent mineral powder from entering the mixing sleeve

Adopting a disc root seal
Seal the shaft with a skeleton sealing ring
The surface of the shaft is chrome plated to prevent rusting
4. Tank body
The tank body below the mixing shaft is coated with corundum polymer wear-resistant coating to prevent wear of the tank steel plate.
5. Control panel, friction plate
Using specially made wear-resistant boron phosphorus cast iron, it combines rigidity and flexibility, has good sealing effect, and has a long service life 2-3 times longer.
6. Lubrication and cleaning
Adopting a dry oil pump for centralized multi-point automatic lubrication to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
Filter cloth cleaning adopts an automatic cleaning device, which maintains a good dehydration effect.
7. Electronic Control
Adopting frequency conversion speed regulation to adjust the concentration and flow rate of materials, achieving the desired working effect.
