Core advantages of the equipment
Tailings recycling machine is used to recover weak magnetic iron from tailings in iron beneficiation plants. Its magnetic yoke is placed inside a stainless steel shell, and when the shell rotates, it adsorbs the strong magnetic zone and weak magnetic iron and brings them out of the water surface, automatically falling into the recycling bin. The core advantages include:​
The disc-shaped permanent magnet plate has a small magnetic pole spacing, no zero magnetic zone, and a large effective contact area (15-25 times that of the drum magnetic separator), which increases the probability of magnetic substance adsorption;​
The magnetic field strength on the surface of the magnetic pole is above 5000-5500Gs (about 2000Gs for traditional equipment), and the magnetic material recovery rate is 3-5 times that of traditional equipment. The tail magnetic attraction can be reduced to 0.4-1;​
High processing efficiency: Instantaneous magnetic supergravity 640 times, short process, fast speed, can meet high flow requirements in parallel with multiple machines;​
Convenient unloading: The special magnetic pole arrangement enables automatic unloading of materials in non-magnetic areas, solving the problems of difficult unloading and serious material carrying in traditional equipment.​
 


 Working principle


The equipment consists of a feeding mechanism, sorting tank, disc-shaped permanent magnet plate, scraper, unloading tank, magnetic material collection tank, tailings outlet, liquid level observation port, and transmission device.​
The magnetic material enters the sorting tank through the feeding mechanism and fully contacts the disc-shaped permanent magnet plates vertically distributed in the tank, and is magnetically adsorbed on the surface of the plates;​
The scraper scrapes the magnetic material off the surface of the board and collects it in the magnetic material collection tank through the slag discharge tank, achieving medium separation and recovery;​
Non magnetic materials are discharged from the tailings outlet, and the liquid level of the sorting tank is monitored in real-time through an observation port.​
