Tailings recycling machine is used to recover weak magnetic iron from tailings in iron beneficiation plants. Working principle
工作原理
The equipment consists of a feeding mechanism, sorting tank, disc-shaped permanent magnet plate, scraper, unloading tank, magnetic material collection tank, tailings outlet, liquid level observation port, and transmission device.
设备由给料机构、分选槽、圆盘式永磁板、刮板、卸载槽、磁性物料收集仓、尾矿出口、液位观察口及传动装置组成。
The magnetic material enters the sorting tank through the feeding mechanism and fully contacts the disc-shaped permanent magnet plates vertically distributed in the tank, and is magnetically adsorbed on the surface of the plates;
磁性物料通过给料机构进入分选槽，与槽内垂直分布的圆盘式永磁板充分接触，被磁性吸附于板体表面；
The scraper scrapes the magnetic material off the surface of the board and collects it in the magnetic material collection tank through the slag discharge tank, achieving medium separation and recovery;
刮板将磁性物料从板体表面刮下，经排渣槽收集至磁性物料收集仓，实现介质分离回收；
Non magnetic materials are discharged from the tailings outlet, and the liquid level of the sorting tank is monitored in real-time through an observation port.
非磁性物料从尾矿出口排出，分选槽液位通过观察口实时监控。
