Details Introduction
The CT series permanent magnet drum is a wet type mid field high-intensity magnetic separation equipment, and the magnetic source adopts a composite magnetic system composed of "magnetic king" neodymium iron boron and ferrite. The magnetic field strength on its cylinder surface comes in three specifications: 2500GS, 2800GS, and 3200GS, which can meet different sorting needs.
Applicable scenarios
This series of permanent magnet rollers is used in conjunction with sand mining ships and is currently an ideal specialized equipment for extracting iron powder from river sand.
working principle
After sand mining and water addition in the riverbed, it is first sieved to remove coarse stones, and then enters the tank with a uniform ore plate;
The mortar diluted and washed with water again is evenly transported to the high magnetic sorting area on the surface of the drum;
High grade iron sand is magnetically adsorbed on the cylinder surface and sent to the washing area below as the drum rotates. After the washing water washes away the attached river sand, the iron sand is sent to the mining area and then washed into the iron sand collection tank by the water flow, becoming high-grade iron sand;
Non magnetic sediment is not affected by magnetic force and is directly discharged into the tailings tank, ultimately achieving iron powder extraction.
