The magnetic separator produced by our factory is suitable for mining, coal preparation plants and other units, used for weak magnetic field wet separation of fine particles of strong magnetic minerals, or for removing mixed strong magnetic minerals in non-magnetic minerals, such as recovering magnetic heavy medium weighting agents in heavy medium beneficiation, concentrating low concentration slurry and magnetic minerals in iron beneficiation plants, processing the feed of the strong magnetic separator, removing magnetic or weak magnetic minerals and their associated bodies, and preventing magnetic medium blockage.
The coarse-grained concentration magnetic separator is a specialized magnetic separator designed by our company for concentration. It is mainly used to increase the slurry concentration after primary grinding or when the coarse-grained slurry on the high-frequency screen enters the secondary grinding operation, in order to improve grinding efficiency and reduce production costs. The discharge concentration of this product can reach over 68%.
The semi counter current trough type magnetic separator is suitable for wet coarse selection and selection of strong magnetic minerals with a particle size of 0.5-0 mm, especially for the selection of minerals with a particle size of 0.15-0mm.

Introduction to the Main Component Structure
The NCT type magnetic separator is mainly composed of permanent magnet drum, tank body, ore feeding box, bracket, dredging mechanism, filter press roller, cleaning mechanism, concentrate outlet, magnetic system adjustment device and power transmission device.

 

Working Principle

工作原理​
The magnetic package angle is 240 °, and the drum rotates in the opposite direction, which prolongs the time from the slurry leaving the liquid surface to unloading, and is conducive to the discharge of moisture;​
A floating filter press roller is installed at the upper part of the drum, which exerts a constant pressure on the mineral powder on the surface of the drum, squeezing out the moisture in the mineral powder;​
Setting up a strong magnetic field zone at the bottom of the filter press roller allows the mineral powder to fully adsorb on the surface of the roller, which is beneficial for squeezing out moisture and avoiding the accumulation and return of mineral powder caused by the compression of the filter press roller;​
Reasonably design the drum speed, which does not affect the sorting effect and can effectively separate moisture and mineral powder;​
Use a scraper to unload the ore on the unloading side, without the need for unloading water.​
