CTS Type Magnetic Separator
The CTS type magnetic separator produced by our factory is suitable for mining, coal preparation plants and other units.
It is used for wet separation of fine particles of strong magnetic minerals in weak magnetic fields, or for removing mixed strong magnetic minerals in non-magnetic minerals.
For example: recovering magnetic heavy medium weighting agents in heavy medium beneficiation, concentrating low concentration slurry and magnetic minerals in iron beneficiation plants, processing the feed of the strong magnetic separator, removing magnetic or weak magnetic minerals and their associated bodies, and preventing magnetic medium blockage.
The CTS type magnetic separator adopts computer optimized design, with a reasonable magnetic circuit and strict selection of high coercivity and high remanence permanent magnets to ensure that the magnetic properties do not decrease over a long period of time.
It processes a large volume of slurry and has a high recovery rate of magnetic iron. The tailings after re selection generally have no recycling value.
Select less non-magnetic mineral inclusions in the concentrate, adjust the grade of the concentrate, and choose whether to concentrate or not.

The co current trough type magnetic separator is suitable for wet coarse and fine selection of strong magnetic minerals with ore particle size of 0.5-0 mm, especially for pre selection of minerals with particle size of 0.15-0mm.

The CTS type magnetic separator is mainly composed of permanent magnet drum, tank body, ore feeding box, bracket, dredging mechanism, cleaning mechanism, concentrate outlet, magnetic system adjustment device, and power transmission device.
