Details Introduction
一、 Application Scope
This iron remover is mainly used for iron removal before the bagging or bulk process of cement and water slag, including:
Iron removal of coarse powder after powder selection;
Iron removal of fine powder after the clinker roller press and before entering the grinding process.
It can be flexibly installed in key iron removal links of powder production lines to automatically remove iron impurities mixed in materials. It effectively prolongs the service life of ball mills, avoids equipment "iron jamming" faults, and is a new generation of energy-saving, environmentally friendly and efficient iron removal equipment.
二、Operating Conditions
Material temperature: ≤ 80℃ (for temperatures exceeding this range, a high-temperature resistant iron remover is available);
2. Pipeline inclination angle: 40-75°;
3. Pipeline negative pressure: ≥ -50Pa;
4. Usage location: Indoor (rainproof facilities must be added for outdoor use);
5. Optimal installation position: Bucket elevator outlet.

Working Principle
The material tilts downwards from the feeding port and comes into full contact with the iron removal surface. Iron impurities are adsorbed on the iron removal surface, and under the action of magnetic pole rotation, the iron impurities move towards the iron outlet. After being released from the magnetic field, they fall freely and are discharged from the pipeline through the iron outlet, achieving the separation of material and iron impurities.

Installation and Debugging

The iron remover is connected in series to the material conveying pipeline with an inclination angle of 45-75 degrees, preferably around 60 degrees. When the material passes through the iron remover, the iron impurities are adsorbed onto the manganese steel pipe wall of the pipeline iron remover, and gradually slide towards the iron outlet with the movement of the permanent magnet, achieving separation from the material. At the iron removal point, as the permanent magnet moves away in the direction of cyclic motion, the ferromagnetic material loses its magnetic attraction and is discharged from the iron outlet under the action of gravity, achieving automatic iron removal of the material. Iron pipes can be connected at the tapping point.
