一、产品概述 | Product Overview​
RCYP 系列手动永磁除铁器是一款由高性能永磁磁芯、卸铁链条及护链罩组成的手动清铁除铁设备,可与各类输送机配套使用。​
The RCYP series manual permanent magnet iron remover is a manual iron cleaning and removal device composed of high-performance permanent magnet cores, iron unloading chains, and chain guards, which can be used in conjunction with various conveyors.​
该设备用于自动清除非磁性物料中的铁磁性杂质,其内部磁路采用计算机仿真设计,具备完善的双极结构。当吸附在磁体底部的铁磁性杂质累积到一定程度时,手动摇动把手驱动刮板,即可将废铁清除。​
It is used for automatically removing ferromagnetic impurities from non-magnetic materials. Its internal magnetic circuit adopts computer simulation design and a perfect dual-pole structure. When the ferromagnetic impurities adsorbed at the bottom of the magnet accumulate to a certain extent, manually shake the handle to drive the scraper and remove the scrap iron.​
相较于带式自卸除铁器,本系列产品具有性价比高、经济实用的特点。​

二、结构与工作原理 | Structure & Working Principle​
(一)结构说明 | Structure Description​
结构如图所示(详见附图)。永磁除铁器的磁源由铁氧体与钕铁硼高性能强磁材料组合而成的复合磁系构成,具有磁场强度高、磁场深度大、使用寿命长的特点。​
The structure is shown in the figure (see attached drawing for details). The magnetic source of the permanent magnet iron remover is composed of a composite magnetic system made of ferrite and neodymium-iron-boron high-performance strong magnetic materials, featuring high magnetic field intensity, deep magnetic field and long service life.​
磁极组均匀分布于工作表面,形成平面磁系。​
The magnetic pole groups are evenly distributed on the working surface to form a planar magnetic system.​
(二)工作原理 | Working Principle​
永磁除铁器悬挂安装于皮带输送机一端(安装方式详见安装示意图)。当铁磁性物质经过永磁体下方时,磁性物料(铁屑等)被牢牢吸附在永磁除铁器上,非磁性物料则落至所需工作位置,从而实现除铁目的。​
The permanent magnet iron remover is suspended at one end of the belt conveyor (see installation diagram for installation method). When ferromagnetic materials pass under the permanent magnet, the magnetic materials (iron debris, etc.) are firmly adsorbed on the permanent magnet iron remover, while non-magnetic materials fall to the required working position, thus achieving the purpose of iron removal.​
