This product is used to remove ferromagnetic substances from slurries and glazes in industries such as ceramics, chemicals, grinding, food, pharmaceuticals, and electronics (operating temperature limited to below 80 ℃).
Performance
The LJK magnetic material iron removal system is mainly suitable for iron removal on magnetic material conveyor belts such as raw ore, sintered ore, pellet ore, block ore, and iron concentrate powder. The LJK magnetic material iron removal system relies on its unique magnetic circuit design to separate the selected materials multiple times, thereby separating the iron parts that cause damage to the production line from a large amount of strong magnetic materials in the least amount of material, achieving the purpose of protecting the belt from scratches and protecting the subsequent crushing equipment.

Usage Method
Determine the cleaning cycle of the magnetic rod group based on the iron content in the material in order to achieve the best iron removal effect; When cleaning, open the fixed box buckle and remove the magnetic rod groups separately (note: only release the fixed box buckle of the second group of magnetic rods after the first group of magnetic rods is removed, and keep a certain distance between the two to avoid danger);
5. Use a soft cloth to concentrate the adsorbed iron powder in the iron removal zone at both ends. The iron powder will fall off on its own. After cleaning, place the magnetic rod assembly back into the box, close the box buckle, and start working again, in this cycle.
Precautions
Do not use sharp or hard objects to impact the surface of the magnetic rod. When cleaning, ensure that there are no iron objects near the magnetic rod to avoid danger.
To avoid danger and magnetic field weakening, it is strictly prohibited to disassemble the magnetic rod assembly without authorization.
The warranty period for this machine is one year under normal use. If there are any abnormalities during use, please contact our company in a timely manner and do not disassemble it by yourself.
