The RCDF series oil cooled self dumping electromagnetic iron remover is an electromagnetic device used to remove iron components from scattered non-magnetic materials, usually installed at the head or middle of a belt conveyor. The strong magnetic force generated by electricity will suck up the iron parts mixed in the material and throw them out by the iron unloading belt, achieving the purpose of automatic removal and effectively preventing the longitudinal scratching of the conveyor belt, protecting the normal operation of crushers, grinders, etc. Therefore, this series of iron removers is widely used in power, mining, metallurgy, building materials, coal preparation, chemical and other departments.

Structural Characteristics
The RCDF series oil cooled self dumping electromagnetic iron remover consists of two parts: the body and the iron unloading mechanism.
The magnetic circuit design of the iron remover body is reasonable, with high magnetic field strength and large magnetic penetration depth, making it suitable for iron removal in situations with thick material layers. Due to the use of a fully sealed structure and special processes such as vacuum drying during the manufacturing process, it can effectively prevent dust and harmful gases from corroding the coil, and has strong adaptability to the environment and climate, with a long service life.
The iron unloading mechanism consists of a frame, a cycloidal pinwheel reducer (hereinafter referred to as the reduction motor), an active pulley, a driven pulley, a roller, and an iron unloading belt equipped with a scraper. The adjustment of the tension and deviation of the unloading iron belt can be carried out using a bearing adjustment device without stopping the machine.
